There are three files to copy.  Works only in Windows - no equivalent for Macs - Sorry!
 

Make a backup copy of the files before you copy the new ones in! 

• Emote.cfg and Zone.cfg go into the folder %appdata%/roaming/ParagonChat/config

• Quickchat.mnu goes into the folder %appdata%/roaming/ParagonChat/client/data/texts/English/menus

• You can use the Folder icon in your PChat client to get to them easily.
